Image & AI Usage

Photocard Tracker is a collection-management tool. It does not provide, bundle, or distribute official photocard images.

Images used in the tracker are supplied by the user and are used for personal collection management.
Private Library images are not made available as a public image library to other Tracker users.
Official artwork, characters, photocard images, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of images complies with applicable rights, terms, and laws.

AI Usage & Privacy

AI Extract is optional. AI Detect sends the selected Full Image to the AI provider chosen by the user only after the user explicitly continues with AI processing.

Images submitted to AI Extract are sent to the AI provider selected by the user for processing.
Each AI request uses the API key supplied for that session/device; Photocard Tracker does not provide AI credits.
API usage may incur charges depending on provider, model, and account plan.
The tracker is not responsible for third-party API charges, availability, service changes, retention, or data-handling policies.
AI detection can be inaccurate. Review detected boundaries and extracted results before saving.
Regular Collection management and Batch Import do not send images to an AI provider.
